XinKe-811 is an environmentally friendly, water-based floor cleaner with strong cleaning power, suitable for epoxy resin, concrete, marble, and similar floor surfaces. It is designed primarily to remove cutting oil, drawing oil, cutting fluid, and machine oil residues from processing-workshop floors. After cleaning, it restores the floor's original shine, leaves no residue, and has a light, pleasant fragrance.

The product is non-corrosive to floor surfaces and safe for people, the environment, and construction materials, meeting the floor-cleaning requirements of precision parts-processing workshops across a wide range of industries.

Product Features

Mild formula that will not damage flooring.
Non-flammable and non-explosive (no flash point), making it safe to use. The phosphate-free waste liquid can generally be discharged directly after neutralization without polluting the environment.
Non-toxic and harmless — unlike ODS-class solvents such as chloroform or Freon, which damage the atmospheric ozone layer, or trichloroethylene, which is harmful to operators' physical and mental health, this water-based cleaner poses no such risks.
Can be applied by manual wiping or with a floor-cleaning machine; rinses off easily and leaves no residue.
Contains no heavy metals and is non-toxic; harmless to both the environment and the human body.

Directions for Use

Manual soak cleaning: Dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1:20–30 to prepare the working solution; wipe the floor with a mop, then rinse with clean water.
Cleaning-machine procedure: Dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1:20–30 to prepare the working solution for machine cleaning.
This product has a degreasing effect; avoid prolonged skin contact.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 200 kg per steel drum; 25 kg per plastic drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with pickling agents, strong oxidizers, and strong reducing agents.
